One of the UK’s leading healthcare marketing agencies has partnered with global healthcare technology provider Tunstall to launch a new digital platform designed to make independent living support clearer and more accessible.
The Wrapped Brand Agency has worked with Tunstall to redesign its UK website as part of a wider shift to focus on people and everyday life – rather than products and technical detail.
Tunstall supports people to live safely and independently in their own homes and communities, using a combination of technology and 24/7 support services. The new website aims to make it easier for individuals, families and care providers to understand how that support works and what it means in everyday life.
The project is part of a broader transformation for Tunstall, which is also preparing to launch a new direct-to-consumer service, allowing people to access support directly for the first time.
Wrapped led the strategic direction, design and content development of the platform, creating a more intuitive and human experience that focuses on real-life situations – from staying safe at home to maintaining independence day-to-day.
The site was delivered in just a few weeks, in time for a major industry event.
Tunstall’s Managing Director, Mark Hindle, said: “When people think about care technology, it can sometimes feel complicated or impersonal. In reality, it’s about something very simple – helping people feel safe and confident in their everyday lives, both at home and out in the community.
“This new platform helps us explain that more clearly. It shows how our services support real people, in real situations, and why that matters to families as much as individuals.”
Becky Robinson, CEO and Performance Strategist at Wrapped, said: “We’ve worked with Tunstall for a number of years, so this was a really important project for us. It was about putting people back at the centre and making something quite complex feel simple and easy to understand.
“It’s also a great example of what a strong partnership can deliver – taking a big, complex brief and turning it around quickly without losing that clarity or focus.”
The project highlights Wrapped’s growing reputation in the healthcare and care sector, working with organisations to communicate complex services in a clear and accessible way.
