Stripping back and rebuilding

Kicking off our full GetWrapped™ package, we worked with the CEO and senior team to identify their priorities and longer-term goals.  Round the workshop table, we interrogated assumptions, challenged goals and realigned them behind refreshed and robust brand structures, values, behaviours and missions. Using dedicated research and social listening tools, we sculpted a clear proposition and design visuals and messaging that all reinforce the organisation’s DNA.

Cementing brand foundations

We’ve rolled out the resulting revitalised look, feel and tone of voice across all platforms. To prove their people-first approach, we’ve led Remedy through a series of video and photo shoots, creating brand assets using real-life staff – and telling their stories. Remedy’s new suite of comms tools strengthens its positioning as a clinician-led business that understands the challenges of the healthcare sector, and is committed to real improvement.

Acute digital targeting

Informed by a digital audit, research, social listening, internal and external focus groups, together with digital workshop outputs, we’ve created a detailed digital marketing strategy, with clear objectives and targeting profiled by both demographics and behaviours. Objectives include educating NHS decision-makers about Remedy’s services and how they help the NHS, as well as a successful ongoing recruitment campaign, helping to reach and sign up the finest clinical and non-clinical staff.
