As one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK, we continue to work with the CEO, Dame Jackie Daniel, and the senior team at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. 

To date, we have developed a new brand, with the objective of building trust and brand reputation with the patients of the area. The brand focuses on the hearts of the kind, inspiring people who work throughout one of the largest NHS trusts in the UK to be rated as “outstanding.”

Behind The Scenes: Working with NHS Newcastle

Working closely with NHS Newcastle, we listened to their story, researched and worked closely with the trust to bring the staff to the heart of the brand. Bringing the workforce into things in this way not only humanised the huge NHS trust, but also ensured that the teams felt recognised and celebrated.

We're a major NHS provider, educator and we're highly successful. One of the things that makes Newcastle special is that we aspire to continue to improve in everything that we do. Our new branding incorporates the Tyne Bridge, our new strapline and a heart to represent the care we provide. Introducing the new branding will take some time and effort, but I'm sure you'll agree that it's worth it.
