Brand Strategist and Founding Director of Wrapped, Kate is a top industry creative, with over 30 years of experience. She works closely with business owners and directors to understand their brand proposition and plan the future of their business.

CEO & Performance Strategist

Becky was one of the first Google trainers in Leeds and uses intelligent digital thinking to lead our digital marketing department. Under her guidance, her team delivers traffic and leads for our clients, via PPC, SEO and content marketing.

Creative Operations Director

Ed leads our design department, with creative thinking that delivers powerful, beautiful branding that has a strategic purpose and is applied consistently.

Client Services Director

Gio, our client services director, is a digital marketer by trade and is responsible for interrogating new client briefs to ensure that we respond with the best advice. He makes sure that all of our clients are delighted with the work that we produce for them.

Digital Research Marketing

Certified in all things Google, Martin is brilliant at digging deep into your business and the digital world to explore possibilities and manage your search presence.

Communications & editorial consultant

Jacey is our go-to consultant for engagement-driven comms, including thought leadership, content marketing strategy, magazines, brand tone of voice and focus groups and analysis.

Digital Communications Executive

Erin heads up our social media desk, looking after our clients’ paid and organic campaigns, enews, planning and scheduling, and leads GenW lectures and workshops.

Head of Performance

Solveig’s passion lies in the power of insights. She researches and digs deep into consumer behaviour and brand propositions, identifying opportunities for clients to shine online. When it comes to digital projects and delivery, she's the one making sure it all runs smoothly.


Calum brings brilliant commercial design experience as a client-side graphic designer and visual media co-ordinator to our creative design team. An ITV award-winning animator, he’s committed to spreading the word about intelligent design.

With over 20 years of experience in the creative industry, Amanda brings organisation, experience and creative nous to deliver meaningful, problem-solving ideas for clients.

With almost a decade in design roles, Rob can turn his hand to web and social design, 3D and animation – taking it all in his stride. Branding is his forte though, whether creating a new look logo, getting to grips with guidelines or bringing a brand to life.

Office Manager & Business Development

Helen creates nurturing, lasting relationships with our clients. She is a huge advocate for helping businesses upskill internally, so she signposts our Technical Tuesday sessions to those who she feels may benefit from our free training.

Finance Manager

Catherine takes care of all the ins and outs (literally) of Wrapped’s finances, from raising invoices to making sure we all get paid – looking after the pounds and pence and all the team at the same time.

With a career in comms spanning more than 30 years (he says with a gulp) Andy is a journalist and internal communication specialist who’s never lost his passion for finding and sharing great stories.

Kate had been in business for 25 years before she stepped off the wheel and re-evaluated…everything. There was plenty to be proud of, but she knew there was more.

She called people, researched, scribbled, and researched again.

The result? A blueprint for Wrapped: a fresh and new way of doing things in the creative, digital and performance marketing industry.

Becky joined not long after and Wrapped continuously evolved, and it’s pretty much the blueprint that drives the business today.
